15-20 min short weight segments

I’m looking for short weight segments that are 15-20 mins. I realize it’s hard to work full body in this time frame so upper/lower or even split sessions are fine. I have all of Cathe DVDs or YouTube workouts would also be fine. Any recommendations? Thanks!

Have you tried Fitness w/PJ? She has a YT list of 15 min. workouts (some cardio/some weights/some mobility)

The more I look at instructors I like on YT, most of the 15-20 min. workouts are more cardio add-ons than anything.
I don't own much Cathe, so I can't help you there.

I added some tags that should pull up lots of threads that list Cathe and a variety of DVDs (Gilad and others).

Maybe others will know of some YouTube.

I want to add Body Max upper toning chapters.
And Tamilee Webb I want that body and Quick Toning series.

ETA: most YouTube I have seen is as Wendy says more metabolic.

Peloton app is 13 dollars per month with tons of shorter strength classes.

Cathe's Basic Step + Body Fusion has two 20 minute weight workouts using weights and tubing.
Women's Health All in 18, all workouts are 18 minutes or so, they use weights and a resistance loop for some of the workouts.

I don't have all of Cathe's workouts, but I checked the premix descriptions on her website and descriptions from 2Lazy4Gym and found several options (25 minutes or under).
