One thing about the Firm workouts. As you increase the weights you choose, you may not be able to lift at the same pace as they do on screen. You may fall behind. It's something to keep in mind. Volume 6 probably has the slowest pace and the therefore you can lift heavier.

Well, I did do vol 6 yesterday. I liked it, but all the equipment changes just did not do it for me. Loved the hover squats...what a burn! My workout space is very limited right now...still in renovation mode in the house.
So vol 1 will be the one, maybe I'll throw in vol4 for grins. |

So my DD’s, now officially “FIRMIES”, are so encouraging. One told me to do vol 6 since she really liked it and got a good calorie burn.
I wound up doing vol 6 today. A bit fast and tough. I did like it, but vol1 still my favorite. My hip flexors are feeling good and my joints all feel less squeaky. I guess you can say I’m getting “audible” results. |
