You know, I haven't seen one but I'm thinking it may be because Tracie's workouts are more their own thing.
What I have done (and seen others do) in rotations using Tracie workouts is to classify them as either "cardio," "weights," or "intervals."
Here's a sample:
Cardio - kickback
Weights - Stronger Longer 2
Cardio - Weight less
Weights - Defining Shape
Interval - Staying Power
Cardio - Reboot 2
(Inserting rest days as needed)
But your question is an interesting one!
I can see others chiming in with different thoughts.
