Gymboss, or something like that Online...

I have a few questions about Gymboss [and things like it]. I am assuming that since it is a timer/stop watch thing you can just press "go" and it beeps after every minute so you know when to switch to the next move.

is there anything like this online? an interval timer, and it beeps, or makes a noise so you can change the next exercise? Thanks in advance.

this is the one I used (you can even download this to your computer) before I bought my GYMBOSS, which is one of my best fitness purchase I've made other than my Kettlebells LOL

Yes, that's one of the things it can do. The Gymboss is excellent....I've got two. A great piece of kit.

I don't know if I'd want an on-line version - it's awfully handy to have something you can take along with you.

I also have two - one is set to time walk/run intervals, and my daughter uses one for her stretch/rehab exercises. It's very simple, but extremely handy.

I am more than likely going to get this so i can workout outside and everything when the weather is nicer - but I can't afford to get one right now [and as everyone is saying they have 2 LOL i might need more than 1 lol].

I think buying one will be fine. I'm planning on buying one soon through Amazon.

If you have an ipod, there's a fairly decent app called Workout Muse where you can set it to different intervals and it'll play off of one of your playlists. Warning though, I had to upgrade my ipod software & some other s/w to get it to work and my ipod has never behaved quite property since. I think that may be more of an Apple problem though (I'm fairly certain it is). The one thing I think Workout Must may have legitimately screwed up is the volume -- it played really loudly for me, so I had to set my ipod volume lock super low. Once I did that, it's not really an issue. I think the app cost about $2.

I love this, thank you! I saw another online version but this one is far better.

I have the gymboss too and it's excellent. It's just that sometimes I want to know how much time I have left and the gymboss can be hard to see.

True, especially if you're running hard....
There's a vibrate function on it, I think - has anyone tried that?
