These days I have to be really motivated to do Taebo workouts because they are so fast! And I'm glad he's being recognized at the IDEA fitness convention. He got so many people involved in fitness and he is so motivating!

Apparently, he has a channel. The speed is nuts! I also forgot about the constant counting! I'm glad he is still going strong. It looks like he still workouts out with his family too, which I think is great.
