Alternatives to Yoga Inversions

I came across this and wanted to share it. I have needed to avoid yoga inversions for various reasons in the past. This gives some good alternatives.

one of my friends suffered from dizzy spells and avoided downward dog.

in your link, the one where the woman is sitting on the floor leaning onto a chair - that pose is heavenly! i first became acquainted with it using one of Rodney Yee's DVDs.
