Yoga elements Tony G

Has anybody done this series? I was browsing and saw it was a flash drive with over 7! Hours of yoga on it, but t was kinda pricey…. Thoughts if so?

I have the series. I did it once. I liked it well enough, but Travis is still my number one with Vytas a close second. I think it's pretty much an intermediate set.

I was unhappy with the USB format and emailed Udaya to get it put on DVD. They did it for me (no charge) but it took over a year for them to get it done. There are threads about it here.

I am not at home now and don't have any specific recollection of the set except that it was fine. I have notes on the DVDs that I could share if you're still interested.

Miss Fatkat!!

As Kim said, this was put on a USB drive. Ok by me but it did make it hard for people to use on TVs etc.

That being said, it's not a bad series. Tony is not my fav, but it's still a worthwhile series I think.
FYI: I subscribe to Udaya and have access to it streaming.

I probably won’t save up for it then. It sounds like we have similar tastes in yoga because my fave is Vytas with Travis as second. I use my iPad or laptop at times to exercise so the usb wouldn’t bother me at all, but I have plenty of intermediate yoga I can do (and several advanced that are beyond me!
