I did these short workouts from the list this morning (followed by Yoga with Kassandra):

Angela Lansbury Positive Moves - Morning stretches ~11 min
Sheena Easton's 7 Minute Stomach - it's actually about 10 minutes

This is to weird. After my planned workout today I tacked on Cindy Crawford's workout 1 from her original. It got me thinking about other old ones like Claudia and Kathy Irelands. Blast from the PAST!

I have one from Brooke that I like very much. Can't remember the name off hand.

Thanks! Added a Selena Gomez workout Cassey was doing celebrity workouts alone, so I didn't add hers. The list would get too long

Cory Everson has others, but is she a celebrity other than fitness? I think she had a small part in a movie once, so did Kai Soremenkum from the Firm.

They're out of print and pretty much unavailable, but Lou Ferrigno deserves honorable mention for some workouts he filmed for Muscle & Fitness, including a weight training for women.

Partial copy of Corey Bio IMDB: "What was Cory's next move after conquering the bodybuilding world? What else? Acting! She made her major film debut in 1991 sharing the screen with martial artist Jean-Claude Van Damme. While she found guest spots in various series during the 1990s, none equal the colossal impression she made when she guest-starred on Hercules: The Legendary Journeys (1995) as the Amazonian, goddess-like, scantly-clad, powerhouse that was Atalanta. As such, this recurring character shared the screen with the titular hero played by Kevin Sorbo. Indeed, during the three memorable episodes Atalanta appeared in, she would always strive to prove to Hercules that he met more than his match in every possible way. She made her last screen appearance on an episode of Charmed (1998), where she portrayed the "Hulk" version of Paige in the episode "Hulkus Pocus" in 2005.

Cory's screen presence was not limited to films and television series. She hosted the fitness show called BodyShaping and later her own ESPN-aired show called Cory Everson's Gotta Sweat. She has also written training books since 1986, writing her last book in 1998."

I added Lou to the YouTube list. He outlines his workouts and gives some good tips. Thanks for letting me know about Lou

I did 2 Susan Anton Slimatics (aerobic dance style) workouts:

(I used to do these 2 Susan Anton workouts in the 90s. I was surprised I still remember most of the moves and the songs. Nice trip down memory lane!)
