OT. Water filter pitchers

Does anyone have a specific one they use, preferably available on Amazon? Are they a pain to clean and how often do you need a new filter? I do not need a huge one.

Thank you!

I bought a Pur 7 cup pitcher from Target in 2015 after the vet told me filtered water would be helpful for my UTI-prone kitty. I liked that the narrow profile fit better in my fridge. The little blinky light on the lid that was supposed to tell me when to replace the filter worked exactly once and never again, so I used the sticker on the side to keep track of the 90 days between changes. It's very easy to clean and the filters are very easy to change. I definitely notice a difference in the taste of the water.

Not using it consistently now since Linus passed a year ago and I actually like the taste of my tap water. I might pull it out again though since I got a Sodastream and the tap water flavor overwhelms the added flavorings.

I have used Brita filters for years, even though I have well water now.

Same here I have been using Brita filters for years and am very happy with the taste of my water. I have a smaller size pitcher but I probably should have bought the larger size as I find I use it constantly. I drink it, use it for the animals and in coffee.

I use a Brita. The filter lasts two months. They're available everywhere.
