Sandrine, I really liked my first week in. I did step workouts twice last week though, as it was particularly hard for me to learn the routine. What can I say, I"m stubborn, haha! I also liked the start for this week. Great glute and upper back DOMS. One thing I wish (like I do with most workout dvds) is that the ab work at the end wasn't just standard crunches, and I wish that the stretches and warm ups were more thorough. Other than that, good rotation so far.

I may have to restart my rotation, as I will be out of town five days.

Bubbles, I know what you mean--to me, the choreo on those CIA step w/o's is *really* challenging.

I did Firm Strength yesterday and thought of you. The cuing on that, and Firm Cardio, is not the best, but once you've done them a few times, it doesn't matter much. Completely agree on the stretches and the warm-ups; I've always wished that the Firm would just let the workout be a few minutes longer and do more thorough stretching. Pam's ending stretch is not bad, but the stretches need to be held longer.

Today I did CIA 2401 Cardio Crazy, which is one of the few that you and I have in common. You made a great decision, putting it with Tort and Hare. Those two are strength with a bit of movement to break up the routine; CIA 2401 is the reverse, cardio with a bit of toning thrown in between the step and the hi-lo. I almost didn't do it because I wanted straight step, but decided to at the last minute, because I can usually follow Gay Gasper on the first run-through. The abs are OK, nothing much out of the ordinary.

I know I've said it before, but thanks for creating and sharing this fun rotation!
Have a safe trip!

Well, my workout plans for going out of town were shot. I am going to do some random workouts to finish out the week, then I'm starting over this Firm/CIA rotation on Monday.

Can anyone recommend any Firms that move along the same pace as Firm Strength and Firm Cardio? I love this pace immensely!

Bubbles, do you have Tough Tape, Tough Tape 2, or Total Muscle Shaping Mix? Those workouts have a similar pace.

Breezy, I have the last two. I don't have Tough Tape, but I do have Tortoise and Hare.
