Another vote for HSTA. I am also fond of BC and DM, and I liked Katami's bootcamp. Also, AoS Newport.

I like KCM Circuit Burn, I'm not sure if that's advanced. PG's Lean Hot Body is a killer workout, I can't get through it yet without more rests than usual.

Dumb question: what does AWT mean?

Another vote for Get Ripped 1000. It is my favorite circuit workout.

Not dumb at all. AWT = "aerobic weight training" like the original Benson Firms. The idea is that you keep your heart rate in your (lower) training zone even when you're doing resistance work, and intersperse it with short periods of pure "cardio" which push the heartrate higher.

For instance, in Stephanie's UBS she has you doing short periods of medium intensity hilo and then things like 12" stepups with biceps curls. Cathe's HSTA is also partially along these lines because she does her usual high impact cardio on 2 risers for a bit, but then uses fairly quick tall box climbs as part of the LB portion of each round. She also provides much shorter rests in this one than she generally does in her weights workouts.

.
Thanks! Great explanation. So do all circuit (alternating between cardio and strength) count as AWT?

There is Cardio Circuit Training like the Peak 10 Cardio Interval Training, the Insanity workouts are cardio circuit training. Anything with weights is alternating between strength training and keeping your heart rate up with bouts of cardio spurts.

A Third vote for Get Ripped 1000 (not Extremely Ripped 1000 but the first one).

I am in minority, I prefer the Extremely Ripped 1000 to Ripped 1000. I burn tons of calories with ER1000.
