Yes she has traditionally gone quite fast in her squats etc. I think she chose that because many exercisers are interested in burning calories so she does a lot of rapid reps. I used to do every other rep when I used her dvds. That way I could Keep up with the dvd, but still lift a bit heavier.

I very often miss the first couple of reps on her strength workouts. But she does so many reps that I don't think it matters

Haha, maybe you’re right!

I’m excited to see these later this week. Perfect timing as I just finished a rotation, more like limped to the finish line of a rotation due to lack of motivation. I think I’m going to start and do STS 2.0 as written.

That's great! The only time I pre ordered from her site my DVDs were sent to Kansas! It took over a week for me to receive them.
