Lynn, your schedule sounds grueling, and I hope your DH is okay.

Cheryl, sorry the piano has so many complications.

Diana, sounds like you've stayed healthy, yay.

I had another fasting blood draw this morning. I had a nap afterward & I'm still feeling exhausted.

Rest day.

Managed to get in exercise today: barre 3 30 minute Signature. Then the 4 hour class, which is going well, nap, then, prep for next day and grading. Finished at 7:30 pm. DH's procedure went well, though his prep was borderline (he did the pills, which didn't do much -- for some reason, he didn't have much response), and his colon was twisted due to his having lost weight (but they managed to untwist). Still, no problems otherwise.

Cheryl, bummer about the piano. Hope you get it soon.

Cynthia, sorry you had to do another blood draw. Hoping all results are good.

Diana, glad no Covid. My good friend has it now (plus her brother who lives with her) and was not feeling well for a couple days. It hits some folks very rough. And it sure is hard not to get. Luckily my whole class is wearing masks. We can't require it, but I encouraged it and they are being really good about it.

HI Everyone!

Lynn You have a lot going on with your schedule. I'm glad everything was ok with your DH's procedure.

Cynthia {hugs} I hope you feel more rested tomorrow.

Check-In: 30 minute walk, JS Standing Abs workout

Have a Blessed evening!

Yesterday I did a lower body strength workout that used heavier weights, and my arm has paid for it. I will not be doing that again until after I get my shots.

Today I did the favorite cardio.

Lynn, that's crazy about weight loss twisting the colon. Glad they were able to get it straightened and that the procedure went well.

Cynthia, hope you feel better today and get good results from the tests.

Can anyone recommend a yoga on Youtube that isn't too religious but stretches things out well?

I feel much better today. I'm not a morning person to begin with, and having to get up, out, and do something before coffee and breakfast was just too much for me yesterday.

check-in: 45 min lap swim.

Lynn, glad your DH is okay -- but I never heard of weight twisting the colon. Glad they fixed that.

Cheryl, I'm sure youtube, which seems to have everything, will have the yoga you're looking for. I'm no help since I still do DVDs and BBOD only.

Diana, any update on your DH and his tests?

There's another test the Dr wants me to have, but they're waiting for insurance to authorize it. I haven't discussed my results that I have so far. My cholesterol levels are a bit higher than the recommended range, but I will refuse to take statins.

Nothing yet today. It's really tiring doing this class. I'm never going to do this schedule again (it was totally my choice for extra pay, and it wasn't a great idea). Today one of the students wrote that she had Covid. She didn't come to class and had been masking for the two days she came. I told all my students to test today and I did a rapid test and am negative, but it's really stressful. Not sure what to do if more get sick. This class was designed with all sorts of in-class activities and will be a mess if it has to go online. Of course, the students in the class were all perfectly calm and seemed very un-bothered to hear a classmate had come down sick. I think they have all been through this many times before. None wanted to leave and they just carried on as if nothing was the matter.

HI Everyone!

I have an appointment to get my hair cut and colored tomorrow. My hairdresser had covid so I'm late getting it done.

Lynn I'm also wishing you the best with health for you as well as the class. So much going on.

Cynthia I can relate to not being a morning person. No news yet on DH's labs. It seems strange. I have called and looked at the patient portal, but nothing yet.

Cheryl How is your niece doing?

Check-In: 30 minute walk & Pahla B's Shoulder friendly full body toning circuit

Have a Blessed evening!
