I'm doing Caroline's 24 days of Christmas series again since it will end on the big 60. I like it since it's mainly 20 minute workouts, and I can try to beat my weights from December.

Great plan, Sandy!

My August plan is running, CLX and PT.

Yesterday we went to a small Ren fest in WI and had a really nice day. I was so thankful for the breeze and decent cloud cover we had for the most part bc the temp was pretty high. I did get a little sunburned though.

Thanks Sandy for the info on Dansique fitness I may revisit the site. No solid plan right now although the goal is to head back towards where I was with Daniel and Caroline and Anna. Anna is the queen of no repeats. I do like the unweighted leg work. I'll be trying to keep my main workouts to 30 min so I can get some other stuff done in the AMs. May try for 10 min in the PM since it feels so good.

Started week 2 of CLX yesterday. My plan is to do 3 weeks of Burn Circuit and then decide if I'll move to the next phase or do smthg different. It depends on what feels most motivating.

Had my second opinion appt today for my feet. This guy seemed perplexed as to why the first guy recommended surgery. I have very little pain, great mobility, great spacing btwn the joints. He agreed that I have elevated first metatarsals but wasn't concerned about it. He said other than that and the mild bunion my feet look really good. Huzzah! I asked if I need to avoid or modify any activities and he said no, do whatever feels good. I realize two complete opposite opinions might indicate a need for getting a third one, but I just don't feel that's necessary at this point. I know the anomaly in structure exists so I can monitor any changes in pain or appearance and reevaluate as necessary. He said the orthotics and what I'm doing otherwise (I mentioned the toe yoga and wobble board) should be fine. I am so glad I went through with getting the second opinion and feel relieved that I can get on with my life now!
