F45 Training-Group Fitness

Yesterday I had to pick something up at Ulta and noticed that there will be a new group fitness center opening up soon in the same shopping center. It is called F45 training. I looked it up here:

It isn't appealing to me right now, but I checked it out because I have been thinking of going back to the gym I was using before COVID.
Anyone know about this company/fitness chain?
I also just noticed that a Pure Barre opened in the same complex. There is also a Club Pilates there which I joined several years ago for a few months.
