Weight Watchers Get in Shape workouts
I bought a copy of the WW Get in Shape DVD. I did the moderate workout (Get Moving) today and really liked it. I'll do the advanced one, Get Fit, next. Thank you for the recommendation.

I have a lot of neck issues. I usually do Jessica Smith and KCM workouts. I always end up with a hot neck and extra pain from doing strength training. I didn't have that today from the WW's workout.

You should check out the Paul Eugene workouts on You Tube. If you like some of them you can buy DVDS on his website. I've done a number of his workouts, and I've never seen him do any floor work. His workouts are either standing or in a chair. He has several standing workouts of the "walk and tone" variety. He tends to use light weights, but of course, you can slow down and use heavier weights it you want to. Another possibility for you is Debra Mazda's Let's Get Moving 2. It's intervals of plain cardio and then cardio with weights. She keeps moving during the weights until near the end when there is some standing lower body work and some standing abs.

You're welcome! I'm glad it worked for you.
