Anyone Heard of This Kathy Smith
I am on a vintage workout kick, and stumbled across this dvd on amazon:
PGX Program Get Moving with Kathy Smith Has anyone heard of this? I know she did a workout with PGX, the Fastfit workout. I don't know if this is the same one, or different. Or, it could be past footage from any of her other workouts. Does anyone have it that can provide insight? Thanks!

I have her FastFit DVD, but I am not familar with that one. I wonder if it is the same 10 minute format as the FastFit?
