Thanks for all the info everyone! I debated back & forth on Jessica's Lift & Shift. I just could not justify not "owning" something. So I ordered the MetRx set !!! It looks good; can't wait to get started.

sillygirl I was, too!! For years, I thought there was no way I could do her strength. (I'm still incompetence galore on several of her step workouts, haha, but who cares!? )

But please don't let yourself shy away from her strength. If you use her structure as a guide, then her workouts are doable, if you have some experience lifting. (Reduce reps per set, eliminate a set, increase rest, etc.) I'm not sure which dvd you have, but I haven't done one of hers yet that I couldn't make work for me.

You can always find someone on VF to help find ways to modify, too.

Thank you for your suggestions! I have some good DVDs that I can revisit! I felt a little flat about this situation but now I’m happy to use some in my collection.

I'm finishing the Metrx program. It doesn't look similar to the lift and shift on the video trailer but it's a good program nonetheless and the price is very good for what you get. metrx goes at a quick clip( and not much variety in moves) which isn't as fast as cathe but not slow like jessica's video.

I got my Jessica fix by purchasing one of her few DVDs that I don't have - Yoga Fusion Fix. It arrived today and I have rediscovered my for all my Jessica workouts. I'm also going to finally work through all her Walk On and Walk Strong programs and hopefully once I'm done with those Lift & Shift will be available on DVD.

I received Cathe's Low Impact HiiT One & Two in a trade a few years ago and just viewing the workouts on YouTube makes me nervous how fast they move. I may have to build up to Cathe since my usual workouts consist of bodyweight and/or light dumbbells (Pilates and barre). Jessica's Walk On and Walk Strong programs are right up my alley and the best part is I already own them all.

Everyone is always so nice on here and VF has been such a nice escape from all that's happened in the past year.

Thank you for the review! That sounds perfect for me. It will arrive this week.

After the MetRx series, this is what I plan to do too. I've always done workouts randomly, but during pandemic-stay-at-home, I've learned that I do much better with prescribed rotations.

I didn't order Lift & Shift either. I just can't do it now for various reasons, but I'll see how things are in June when it's offered again. I ordered the MetRx set years ago and have never done it. Maybe now is a good time to check it out, lol. I actually was going to donate it.
