Finished up "The Magic Hour" by Kristin Hannah. I probably wouldn't have chosen to read this book if I read the description. But it was recommended by an old co worker.

It was fast moving and I did enjoy it.

I'm on to Henry Winkler's Book now. And just loaded the Kindle with my First Reads for this month and a couple of other bargains I found.

Onward.

I always forget about First Reads but read your post and got The Lost Letters of Aisling. I’m hit or miss with Kristin Hannah but may attempt The Magic Hour.

I just started Run Towards the Danger: Confrontations with a Body of Memory after finishing I Have Lived A Thousand Years: Growing Up In The Holocaust and Wordslut: A Feminist Guide to Taking Back the English Language.

Hi Erica, I hadn’t heard of Poor Deer. I just looked it up and added it to my wish list. It sounds like something I would enjoy.

It was different than anything I've ever read before. Hope you like it!
