Suzanne - I have found, from doing a few of Jessica's rotations that I can definitely make them work for me - even if it means using lighter weight or changing up an exercise that doesn't agree with me. Probably stuff I should have been doing in my younger days as well!

That's interesting; I have a twingy lower back occasionally but I haven't really considered the forward hinging since I do so much forward stuff with Ellen and CS but in those I've learned to either pelvis tuck or draw the tailbone down. The only time my back is twingy is doing deadlifts (going too low because I forget to only go to my knees).

I just like Cathe for weight work I guess; I am just used to her style better. I like Jessica for walking and fusion as a compliment to my other workouts through the week. I guess I was just hoping for more walking and fusion stuff but with the name of "Strong and Centered" I guess I should have connected the dots better! Doh!

I like that the stretches are short. I know I should do a longer session, but I rarely do.

I don't know if I will get the whole set, as I'm not working out much right now. I have chronic tooth pain that is taking a long time to heal. Right now I'm just doing short walks and yoga. But I think I will get the stretch and walk dvd.

I really like the look of the Stretch DVD! Excited that these are all fairly short stretches.

From looking at the clips it appears that Jessica is not lifting weights at the speed of light, like she did in some of her earlier weight workouts - I'm thinking of the three weight workouts in her Walk Strong 2 "set" at the moment. I did the upper body weight workout today and she was going very quickly, compared to how I like to lift.

Anyone else have any thoughts about the speed of the weight work in the upcoming releases?

I don't think we have enough clips to decide that just yet. The description of the circuits is that there will be no rest between exercises so you will not be able to change your weights or rest between each exercise without constantly pressing pause. I think that is more bothersome than a fast pace. Cathe has some fast paced heavier weight workouts where the speed is a planned technique. (Although I always lift slower than her.)
