I pulled out Leslie's Walk Away The Pounds Express: Walk Strong.
(2002)

I can't even remember the last time I did it. It's an OK band workout.

Last night I did Cathe's Cross Train Express 10-10-10 workout, just the cardio part. It consisted of kickboxing, hi/lo, then step. The choreography was easy to grasp, but wow, was it fast! The step section was done at a more moderate pace though. She introduced a "new" move, double ricochet, I had not done a double ricochet in a long time. FUN!

Jane that's one KS I have never had. I need to try that one!

kim I can't even get the plain ricochet

Did Yogazone for a strong and healthy back. Very twisty!
Douglas told Suzanne she was beautiful so many times that I wanted to be Suzanne!

I dusted off Kari Anderson’s Angles, Lines, and Curves today and it was WONDERFUL. Just what I needed.

patrice I don't think I have ever done 5 day abs! I think I assumed it was all crunches on the floor and I was scared!

Sarah that is a very soothing but sneaky challenging workout.

Today was a vhs goodie Versa training HiLo (Petra Kolber). There is this one part where she transitions from a squat to a huh for me.
So yeah, sometimes I'm a hot mess and I look like I'm swatting a horsefly while running barefoot on hot concrete ....BUT it's not her fault, I'm sure. I still have a good time because I just grapevine back to center and believe Petra would be very understanding

I did Leslie's Walk Away the Pounds: Walk Strong (2006),

This is different from the WATPX: Walk Strong I posted above. She actually did compound strength moves with hand weights. I don't especially like compound strength moves.

Tonight I did Christy Taylor’s Happy Hour Hi/lo. OMG, so much fun!! The choreography was easy to pick up, great music, and I modified almost everything to low impact. Christy just never disappoints. I love her workouts for when I want something super fun.

Today I did Jane Fonda's Step and Abs. I did not do the ab section at the end.

Despite the fact I had to put on shoes ( I do all my workouts barefoot ) I thoroughly enjoyed it. Very basic steps. I am choreographically challenged after all. I did have a very low step.

I wish a) there where more basic steps like this and
b) Jane would put her step routines on dvd
