cataddict - Step Heat was the one where I realized I'd never be good at Cathe's step workouts. I spent a month trying to learn it. It is a fun one with good music though. I have it on one of her Classics DVDs.

Yes!
The exercise she does with your foot in front of each other, and then you twist to each side with arms extended, is so much harder than it looks!

But anywho, thoroughly enjoyed incorporating these segments into my current rotation. The DVD has a lot of bang for your buck IMHO. The background is just gorgeous. She mentions props and lots of great form pointers as well.

My favorite segments were the lying, the standing and the core. My least favorite was the meditation one and I didn't finish that segment. I'm not big on meditation though.

I did Step N Motion a few days ago. Cathe was so young and adorable. It was so fun!

I have an extra copy. It's scratched, but it plays perfectly. If you want it pm me your address.

Yesterday, I did Susan Powter's Building Strength (1994). I think I've posted about this one before. It is a good workout. She does basic exercises at a moderate pace. No "creative" or compound exercises. She mostly does 3 sets of usually 10 reps, so one could go fairly heavy. She gives good form pointers. There is stretching in between moves.

I don't know why, but I find this workout very relaxing!

Madeline Lewis AM/PM stretch I finally picked this up after having on my wishlist since Collage catalog days
Great outdoor setting and both of the main workouts are nice. She does hold the stretches longer in some instances than I care for so I just move in and out of them as I normally would.
The workout I will return to the most will be the bonus 20 minute power stretch. It's not just stretchy. Nice to have options
