T2B, You are on a Les Mills kick!!! LMOD is so great with lots of good, fun there!! Make sure you try the United Combat workouts....they are filmed by LM instructors all around the world with fantastic footage! Are Dan & Rach still around? They just can't be beat for the FUN FACTOR...you are making me want to subscribe again!! Enjoy!!

AMD - I’m loving LMOD so far. Not sure about Dan & Rach. My only exposure to D & R, prior to LMOD, has been the Beachbody Les Mills workouts. I love D & R in the BB workouts so l’m looking forward to the LMOD journey. More likely than not, I probably will sign up for a 1 year subscription.

Hi everyone, I hope you all are doing great. No official workout so far, since our mini vacation that was before school started. I have been just walking outdoors (20-30 min.) during the week, better than nothing I guess. I need to get my mojo back! At least the cracking noises my knees were doing for a little while, when going down the stairs are gone, so I guess they needed a good break! (btw, they started cracking after I got my pedometer, and went right up to 10,000 steps a day right away, my doctor said I did a bit too much too soon).

AMD, thank you! Yes, Elsie is from Canada too, I also hope she is doing well.

T2B, LMOD has a much different vibe than the dvd workouts (along with better music)....I think you will like them (and with D&R)!

25 - Senior Shape 20 Minute Walking Workout with Agility Intervals; 1.2 mile walk around neighborhood; 8,507 steps.

26 - .8 mile lunch walk; 6,003 steps.

27 - 1.3 mile walk around neighborhood; 6,132 steps.

28 - 1.5 mile walk at beach; a 15 minute Jessica Valant Pilates; a 25 minute Kassandra yin; 7,581 steps.

29 - GYM for 15 recumbent plus 70 weight machines and free weights; 3,121 steps.

30 - 1.4 mile walk around neighborhood; PT; 6,551 steps.

31 - 15 minute walk around neighborhood; yin yoga/nidra class; 6,106 steps.

This is the first day this week I felt like doing something more than stretching. Monday I spent the day in ER with Vertigo symptoms. Inner ear issues stemming from my ear infection is what the diagnosis was, but I tend to think it is sinus related. But this Vertigo crap is awful!!! I still have the dizziness yet...

I hope y'all are having a better week than I am!! Hopefully, I'll be back to post Nov. thread in a few days.
