Day 2/40: The Lying Poses For Flexibility routine from Jane Adams's Yoga For Beginners. This is a favorite of mine, especially when my lower back feels tight.

Good morning! Yesterday was notable for being assaulted by my physical therapist, but I had a lovely meditation in the morning and another in the evening.

It seems like our torrential rain is moving out - now for the promised Wall Street like crash of temps. We're driving to RI for a Christmas gathering but are cutting the visit short in case of ice coming home.

This morning I did Melt: Shoulders & Hips with Eoin Finn and a 15 minute Turn Your Attention Inward meditation.

Weather is horrible here. Lots of snow and high winds that are causing such bad whiteouts that I can't see out my windows! I have my annual eye exam today so I hope the roads aren't too horribly bad. Once I return home, I'm hunkering down for (at least) the next couple days!

I have done a short meditation every day since the solstice, either something from Youtube or Insight Timer. This was the first day that I didn't start to doze off!
