POPSUGAR Fitness Workouts with Anna Renderer

I've been doing workouts from POPSUGAR Fitness this month and came across these workouts with Anna Renderer (from the past few years). I think they would work well in a rotation together. Most are in the Beginner and 30-Minute Workouts playlists, which I'll link below.

If you're looking for beginner/intermediate level, low impact, circuit, mobility, posture, active recovery, or stretch workouts- take a look! The workouts I've tried have been fun and effective. They are mostly intermediate with options shown for beginner/low impact and advanced modifications.

I like Anna's workouts from Popsugar, but after seeing this video by her about why she left I feel a bit bad for her. She was making a salary at Popsugar, but "bastardized" by the platform there. She didn't have control that other fitness influencers on YT have. She grew the platform from 100k to 4 million or so followers and didn't receive the benefits of such massive growth. I thought it was an enlightening video for those who are interested.
