I need to see workout clips. I am definitely not buying the parallel bars. They look neat but I don't want more stuff and it is such a space hog. I want to know if I can do the workouts with what I already have and not modify with moves that aren't really equivalent. I feel like this is a series that I would like if I still went to a gym where all the equipment is right there. Also, I don't like foam rolling so I would like to know how much of the recovery workouts use a rolller.

I am on the fence about these too. Is it me or has there really not been a whole lot of talk about the workouts. I know pics have been posted but it seems like in the past there was more talk about the workouts themselves (maybe I have missed it), and clips (which may come later) but was hoping to see something before the first pre-sale price ends.

I know I can cancel but will I do these as I don't really do DVDs anymore and I get all I really need from Peloton and my boxing workouts.

But the price is so good, I would hate to miss out on that but then again I wouldn't want them sitting on the shelve collecting dust either like so many other DVDs are doing

Even though I don't have Facebook it allowed me to watch these. I love the set time lapse video.

Thanks for posting the video links!

I also absolutely love the Peloton app. Plus, I mix in Cathe here and there since I actually prefer her strength routines. I decided to go for it since the series is about heavy lifting and I don’t think you get that type of program with Peloton. Although I haven’t tried the new split routines so they may be different. I know adding strength is so important as I get older.

I really hope I like the new workouts. Just concerned if it’s going to be time consuming or frustrating with the amount of equipment necessary. I like to keep it simple.

This is me, too, except I did do STS years ago.

I already know I won’t use the phase 1 workouts, won’t do the phase 3 as intended with one body part each day, and am not interested in individual workouts focused on bis or tris.
If I got them, I think I’d use phase 2, the mobility disc, and maybe the Leg one from Phase 2 as an extra focused leg day at home.

I’m considering them because when I get a little burned out on workouts, having a video can be a nice change. Working out with Caroline Girvan earlier this year for a few weeks helped me with a burnout spell.

You are such an inspiration, ChelePa!

I asked for update!

Denise Ruble Hi Denise, editing is actually going really well. STS 2.0 is a very large project, so as you can imagine it's a lot of work, but we hope to finish final editing around the end of this month. This is the hardest and longest phase of the post-production process.

Once completed we will then move into the final phases which are called "Authoring" ( This is where we turn the video into a DVD) and "Download Creation" (This is where we make the files ready for the Workout Blender, Cathe OnDemand and for our Digital Download service)

We will start our official "Project Updates" once we begin the authoring process as it is easier to explain where we are in the project once we reach this milestone.

Thanks, Denise!

So maybe late Feb or early March before in our hot little hands..? That's my guess.

Early March is good. I can justify it as a birthday present
