Under the optional equipment section, I noticed this:
STS pull-up and dip bars (available for purchase December 2022 from us) So I was glad to see an estimated date for that. Not sure how I feel about the zippered case. It appears they're in sleeves and not on spindles but the circle shape and zipper may be kind of annoying. I can't decide. I always transfer my Cathe dvds to zippered cases with sleeves but the circle shape of this one is throwing me off. Off to preorder! |

I’m wondering if there will be more than one workout on each of the Phase 3 DVDs, since presumably those workouts would be a little shorter. Last edited by prettyinpink; 10-24-22 at 01:18 PM. Reason: Auto correct |

Yep, it looks like good pairings too (for discs 8-10) that will make good premixes! I’m hoping the total body workouts will have upper/lower premixes so we can use them separately as well.

I got mine ordered!
I thought I'd have to wait until the 1st, aka payday. But today, we got some unexpected money enough for me to get these, and hubby to get a vintage GI Joe, he collects, and have some to put into savings!
