Well, technically I have room (somewhere in the house) for more stuff, but the question then becomes...should I fill it???

I feel like I'm somehow going to end up justifying getting the new bars depending on how much room they take up and how much they cost and how many additional features they have compared to the Turbo Tower.

That said, I haven't brought my Turbo Tower out in YEARS. It's currently in two pieces and relegated to the basement along with my neglected Bosu. Then again, I got the Turbo Tower for a steal for $79 including shipping on amazon back in the day so I definitely don't regret the purchase.

This pic is from Cathe's STS Muscle & Recovery Body Parts Back

In this pic Cathe is doing a Pendlay Row. A Pendlay row involves the same sequence and movements as a barbell row except with the Pendlay row, you place the barbell down on the floor at the end of the sequence rather than holding it above the floor, as with a standard barbell row. So, you pick up the bar from the ground when you do a Pendlay row.

Since you’re starting from the ground when you do a Pendlay row, it has certain advantages over a standard barbell row. Lifting the barbell from the ground requires you to generate more power than a standard barbell row does. So, doing this row variation helps you improve power performance in a way that a standard barbell row does not. Learn more about a Pendlay Row in our blog at https://bit.ly/3ED3OSK

If I get this set, I am just using what I have at home. I don't need any new equipment.

Ditto! But, I don't need anymore cute leggings either, haha! It's all so tempting, but the workouts are the only thing I'm getting!

I really want a barbell set, but to be fair I wanted it before I heard about Cathe maybe selling one . But other than that, I hope I'm not tempted to buy any additional equipment.

I'm interested in the bars since I didn't buy her previous towers. I hope it's good and sturdy.
