I wonder if it'll come with a physical guide book like STS or just the downloadable version?

Thus series is for YOU. You will have pull ups, pull downs, some workouts close to an hour and a minutes rest between 90% of every set of every exercise in the series. The only time I don’t rest a full minute is if we are using bands for an exercise or if the exercise is a lightweight finisher.
I went back-and-forth with this because I knew people were looking for 45 minute workouts or less. But no matter how you slice it when you’re looking at total body workouts (which is in phase 1 of the series, giant sets, supersets, trisets ) and putting a solid minute rest to stay accountable to strength/hypertrophy gains and a workout that also includes a proper warm up when you are picking up weights upwards of 25, 30 and 40 pounds you cannot cut corners.
So I made the decision to let the workouts be what they need to be (and fortunately I don’t think at this time the workouts are not over an hour but of course I tell everyone this cannot be determined until the edit is finished) and make shorter premixed to accommodate those looking for shorter workouts 🙌🏻

Her reply when somebody asked about stretchy bands.

yes, I highly suggest our four pack of resistance tubes which has the red, the blue, green, and the black tubing in the pack. I use all of these resistance tubes throughout the entire series.

Very glad she's doing the 1 minute rests. You just can't do strength or hypertrophy properly without that.
Also to reply to an earlier question I'm sure she'll have a digital guidebook in a pdf download as she always does. She stopped doing print ones a long time ago. You can print out the pdf if you want.

I'm happy about this rest time too, and I'm all for hour workouts!
She answered me and said that there will be a digital guide for the series. She also said she will be counting reps... it sounds like 8 rep sets.

How did I miss several weeks of updates while checking this site out daily?!

The set looks bright and more inviting. I am excited!! This may be my 1st Cathe preorder.

Probably download. She's been running with that for years now.
