This pic is from Cathe's STS Phase 2 Upper Body workout. Though we have a lot of pics and information from STS Phase 1 still to share with you, this week we will also begin to tell you about the STS Phase 2 workouts.

While STS Phase1 was all about total body workouts, STS Phase 2 consist of two upper and two lower body heavy weight workouts.

In this STS Upper Body #2 workout, Cathe, Jenn A, Jen D., Al, and Kristin are doing a barbell row with our new Cathe STS Barbell that we will begin selling shortly.

So that will make 7 workouts, 3 total body in phase 1, 4 total (2 upper, 2 lower) in phase 2. So 8 more to go. So whatever is left after phase 3 weights might be the recovery workouts. So far loving the phases!!

ChelePa, thanks for posting the updates here! Really appreciated. And, I love Cathe’s tights. All the outfits are so cute. Everyone looks great. I miss Jai, and it’s good to see Brenda & Al. I always noticed Kristin (great form) in the Cathe Live workouts so it’s great that she’s now part of the crew. And I love, love the new set.

STS Muscle & Recovery Cathe Mini Ball Bonus Abs

Pictured here is Cathe, along with Jenn A, Brenda, Jenn D, Al, and Kristin doing a variation of the bird dog ball balance exercise during the STS 2.0 Mini Ball Core workout bonus.

There are three ab bonuses included in STS 2.0 series: Standing Metabolic Core, No Equipment Core, and as mentioned above the Mini Ball Core workout.

We still have about two more weeks of filming to go, so make sure to keep checking our social media sites for more pics and information from the filming of Cathe's STS Muscle & Recovery.

I’m really looking forward to seeing what the recovery workouts are like.

No yoga, or very little, please! I’m hoping for something fun, maybe with mobility work, without tons of static stretching.
