Yes, shorter with heavy weights is why I’m interested.
I don’t know if I ever want to do anything very similar to the first block of STS ever again, anyway. Mostly what I remember if Meso 1 is HUNDREDS of push-ups. It probably wasn’t literally hundreds in each workout, but it felt like it. Push-ups in general don’t scare me at all, but when I think of Meso 1 there is some dread because of them. |
