Walking workout recommendation?

Looking for an easy 30-45 minute walking workout dvd. I need something to do on my easy days when I can't walk outside due to weather. No dance moves. No HIIT. No complicated moves that require a lot of thought. No bands, balls or weights. Just easy walking with simple moves without any gimmicks. Any suggestions please?

George Foreman has some easy walks led by Petra Kolber. I found one on YouTube:

My go-to easy walking workout is anything Leslie Sansone.

Karla, thank you...I will check it out!

SillyGirl- she has like 5,000 workouts and when I looked through some of them, I couldn't find which ones were easy steady state walks without boosters, intervals, weights, bands, etc. and only 30-45 minutes. If you know of a specific, basic walk workout she has that is easy than please let me know!

Tiffany, I will check out Michelle, thank you! I already own Jessica Smith dvds but they are not always what I am looking for on a certain day. Some days, I just want to zone out and not have to pay attention and just get some easy movement in!!

But, thank you all for taking the time to reply!

The first two I thought of were Leslie's "Start!" workouts, done with some agreement with the American Heart Association. One dvd has a one and a two mile walk, and the other one has a three mile walk, all chaptered.

There are definitely others, I just don't always keep track of which is which.

I think your best best is Leslie Sansone. She has a ton of workouts where she only does her 4 basic steps of her walking workouts.

Another good one would be Jenny Ford. Her walking workouts are very basic.

I love Michelle’s Walk Your Way Slim but I think it has more choreography than what you’re looking for.

I don’t think I have any of Leslie’s very basic walks but I just did the Walk to the Hits Party Songs DVD and you can easily walk through the ~minute or so “Hiit” part of the workout where they do a simple jog forward and back.
