Mobility routines in general are more interesting ways to stretch. My favorite is BASE on NeouFitness.com

I ordered Prevention's Easy Healing Stretches with Kathi Ross-Nash. I have her New York Pilates dvd. "Get toned in a New York Minute!" I really like it and am looking forward to her in this stretch dvd.

pilates has given me greater flexibility and range of motion along with strength - that's why i like it. i'm for getting the most bang for my buck when it comes to spending time working out.
