Favorite Total Body Strength Weight Training Allternating Alternate Upper Lower Body

I haven't done traditional weights in a while and was wondering what's best for a medium to heavy weight strength workout.

For traditional-type weight workouts, I like Kelly Coffey-Meyer.

Gilad had an old workout that alternated upper and lower body weights. Firm Cardio does this as well.

You can't go wrong with Kelly Coffey-Meyer's workouts in the 30 Minute to Fitness series. There are so many to choose from that are really good! Your Best Body is nice.

I also use many of Cathe's shorter premixes. You could go to her site to get a better idea of the breakdowns for each of the strength training workouts and view clips.

Cindy Whitmarsh alternates Upper/Lower body in 10 Days to a Better Body.

Gilad's Total Body Sculpt (2007) and Total Body Sculpt Plus (2009) don't feel that old to me. Plus the scenery is nice this time of year!

Jessica Smith has free workouts on her TV sight and she probably has a few to choose from as well.
