Funny grammar aside, I am getting closer and closer to actually preordering these...

Helen! You know the correct phrase would be:

"Let's do another four sets of more joint friendlier back lunges!!!"

LOL!!! Actually, I think it would be, "Let's do another four more sets of more joint friendlier back lunges!!!"

"Let's do another four more sets of more joint friendlier back lunges to the rear."

(I'm wondering what the 'most joint friendliest' moves in this series are? )

I was thinking (uh-oh). In full disclosure, I canceled my preorder because this set does not suit my exercise needs at the moment.

I wonder what the official definition of "joint friendly" is, or if it only means what Cathe says it means (not being snotty). That's going to differ for everyone, right? There is no universal move that is JF for everyone, is there? So if there is a JF premix, it might not be JF for everyone. For example, the same person who can handle high impact might not be comfortable doing tricep extensions. Or are there certain moves that are contraindicated for everyone (in which case, why is this series that revolutionary)?

I'm overthinking it, I'm sure. But I guess seeing JF in so many descriptions makes me wonder what makes something JF.

Definitions of Joint-Friendly exercises: (a) Exercises that involve lifting dumbbells that are covered in smiley faces ; (b) Exercises during which the instructor waves at you and asks how you are doing; (c) Exercises in which you encourage your joints in a cordial fashion, i.e. during a biceps curl, you say, "Good going, elbows! Have a great day!"

Or, exercises that are compatible with pot-smoking.

"Don't Bogart that joint my friend, do a lunge with me..."

Hehehehe. Maybe that's exactly what my joints need! I live in quite the rude environment, maybe they've just been aching for a little love!!
