A Dixie cup is a small paper cup for water. You might see them at the dentist, or at a water cooler.

Thanks for the clarification ladies. My partner's business supplies those to their customers so I shall ask him for a Dixie Cup. Actually he is Canadian so he probably knows this name for a disposable cup!

I think Cathe is using it for a marker as to how low to go, so you probably could get away with something about the same size. But it wouldn't be the same, would it?

I wonder if Cathe has struck a deal with the makers of Dixie Cups, lol.

Perhaps they make good "egg" cups for boiled eggs.

The updates are keeping me interested. Love the purple and black shoes -- I wonder what brand they are!

The updates are sounding good, especially about the joint friendlier options. Sounds like she really thought it out.

The research that Cathe has done on safer ways to lunge and squat sounds really good.

Jeez! more equipment to buy. Now I have to go out and buy Dixie cups .... LOL ! just joking.

I broke my "Cathe has awful customer service therefore I'm never buying from her" mantra and I've pre-ordered these.
