I have Strength and Power (but not Endurance - yet). This thread has bumped these back up toward the top of my to try list. I'm currently alternating a month of heavier weights in the gym with at home workouts, and a month of these sounds like it'd be a good one for my plan.

I'd never heard of this instructor before so I researched these and they look good. I couldn't find these anywhere other than Amazon, and there are only a few left in stock, but I'm a little hesitant to order something from 7 years ago. The reviews I've read on VF are mostly positive so maybe I'll try one of them, so if you could buy only one, which one would you get? I don't want anything with a lot of crunches, burpees or mountain climbers. Thanks.

Age is no indicator of the value of a workout. Many of workouts I have came out on VHS 10-15 years ago, I reacquired them on DVD, and I still do them regularly.

I guess that's true, but I always wonder if the science behind the workouts has become outdated.
