Walking Workouts

Hi All, which walking workouts are the most intense, the one(s) that make you feel like you’ve really gotten in a great workout?

Leslie Sansone's in no particular order:
*5 mile advanced walk - even doing the 3 mile options
*5 mile fat burning walk
* Walk Slim 4 really big miles
* Walk your belly flat
* walk and jog

and when I'm pressed for time these are my go to 1 milers:
* 1 mile jog
* 1 mile super challenge
* Speed walk from 5 day slim down
* or any mile from 5 mile fat burning walk

I agree with those Leslie Sansone recommendations. Also, Jessica Smith's Power Walk DVD is good. If you do all 4 miles for an hour it's a good workout. You can also do miles 2 and 4 which are the fastest ones for a good 30 minute workout. You can always add light hand weights or weighted gloves and/or a weighted vest or belt to up the intensity too.
