Am I the only one who hates gliding?

One of my favorite pastimes is well, going on Cathe's YouTube channel and previewing a bunch of her Live workouts.

And one thing that will keep me from trying a workout out, if I see she does a bunch of gliding.

I just don't like gliding. It often tweeks my dodgy knee a little to much and I just can't get a smooth rhythm with it.

I'm surely not the only one who avoids gliding.

I dont like it at all. I have carpet, and with paper plates I get no rhythm, it feels awkward and not totally safe. I avoid it and do modified non-glider moves if I do end up doing a gliding workout.

I haven't tried it. It doesn't appeal to me at all. I need to preserve my knees.

It's not just the knees, gliding bothers my low back way too much.

I'm afraid of gliding...huge risk of injury. I already have issues with ankles and a knee.

Hate gliding! I tried it a few times and it felt so unsafe.
