Real feel temps here today were 97F couple of hours ago and now, at 7:30pm it's still 93F. The rest of the week will be pretty much the same. Ugh. I'm hating it!

I had to be in the office early and have nothing to report for today. Just stopping by to say hi. Planning to do a nice workout tomorrow.

Hi Everyone!

This morning was:

CS 1304
15 Min Express Posture Workout

I was feeling stiff and sore in my lower back and hip and realized I hadn't been keeping up w/ my CS/Essentrics. Not to mentioning spending too much time sitting at my desk.

I was originally going to just do the one episode, but it felt so good I continued on.

I will see what else I am able to get done today!

Waves, everyone!

Nothing for me again today. The heat index here was 102F and I'm aching all over because of the heat and humidity. I didn't feel like working out or moving at all for that matter. I'm hoping to get back to working out soon. Sorry for whining.

Wednesday's workout was

Kelly Coffey-Meyer - 30 MTF - Start Here #1 - 30 minutes

The first 18 minutes of this workout are warmup and cardio, then Kelly has you grab your light weights and do cardio/sculpt (which is really just fast paced weight work). I used my 2's, which were plenty heavy enough given the speed at which the work moved. It was pretty shoulder intensive. Definitely not my favorite workout on the DVD.

Still hot here - we got a little bit of rain Tuesday night and a lot of wind.

Hi Everyone,

My bathroom remodel starts today - it is going to be about 2 weeks of chaos but hopefully worth it in the end. During this time, for workouts, I'm just going to pick whatever I want which is likely going to be low key and low dread, particularly since I'm going to have to be up earlier than I'm used to.

Anyway...today, so far, has been:

Essentrics Age Specific Challenge Workout # 1 For 50's - Increase Your Energy and Mobility w/ Miranda. This was a nice 30 min routine - some standing, some barre, and some floor.

Yesterday DD and I took a walk w/ our Golden.

I may try to fit something else in today as well!

Dana - wow, that is hot for May.

Waves, everyone!

Today's workout:

Senior Shape - Feel Good Flow (Pilates Flow) - 25 minutes

This was Lauren's latest YouTube release. It was nice, nothing too difficult, except for a few rollups.

Good morning!

Finally got a great morning of stretches in. I badly needed it to get the aches and pains under control.

Mira's Beginner Total Body Stretch - 20min
Mira's Pelvic Mobility - 10min
Mira's Shoulder and Thoracic Spine Mobility - 15min

This felt great and I finally feel like a human again. I'm planning to do a short detox yoga this evening. I have to add that doing any type of floor work with Oliver, is next to impossible. He's just this furry ball of affection and happiness and that's his time to show me how much he loves me. He's hard to resist.

Waves to all!

Those all sound like body yummy workouts everyone!

My kitty huddles close by and my husband says sometimes she looks like she mimics me when I do side lying floor work. I can't catch her doing it because as soon as I turn to look at her behind me she changes positions.
If I'm in table top, she comes running through and swipes my face with her upraised tail. Little stinker

Th... Kettlebells, Floor work from Pure Strength Legs, Method Target specifics hips and thighs; mobility
