Am I the only one who hates gliding?
One of my favorite pastimes is well, going on Cathe's YouTube channel and previewing a bunch of her Live workouts.
And one thing that will keep me from trying a workout out, if I see she does a bunch of gliding.
I just don't like gliding. It often tweeks my dodgy knee a little to much and I just can't get a smooth rhythm with it.
I'm surely not the only one who avoids gliding.
