Oops, I meant to credit PAT with that phrase (but waving to Pam in Hawaii!).

TGIF all! Yesterday was a day, but today should be better.

TGIF, yabba dabba doo! Yesterday I accomplished:

~ Marching in March - Fabulous50s 15 Minute Toned Arms Walking Workout
~ Home PT
~ 5,101 steps

The arms/walk was okay - music was a little jarring but instructor was perky and motivating. It felt effective and wasn't too "march-y."

Beth - LOL, I hope your lamb calms down!

Paine - I tried Kassandra's Slow & Sweet morning yin this morning - I think it was you who gave it a thumb's up. I really liked it! Hoping to do the new hour long chakra yin soon.

Margaret's Good 'N Strong Volume 2 lower body workout plus abs and cool down

Pat, I think it might have been Carolyn who told us about Kassandra's Slow & Sweet morning yin.

Linda, I'd probably get the thumb surgery done first.

This morning I had my yearly CT scan on the aneurysm in my neck. Next Friday I'll see the vascular surgeon for results even though I'll get results online first.

I had to get up very early. My workout might be a long nap since I missed five hours of sleep.

Hello!

Today's Workout: Yoga class at my gym.

I'm excited that a Saturday Body Pump class has finally been added! Looking forward to the first one tomorrow. Our yoga teacher today also said they are actively trying to add more yoga classes, so I think for now I'll give up on the Sunday class, especially since it is kind of a crap shoot on actually getting in. I'll leave Sunday unscheduled, and of course can add in something stretchy or restorative on my own at home.

Linda: I agree with our Paine that I think I would get the thumb fixed first. I think being able to fully use both hands, even if one arm is compromised, is a little more valuable than having use of both arms but only one hand. Good luck whatever you decide!

Waving to all!

Good morning! Yesterday featured:

~ Kassandra Morning Yin Slow & Sweet plus affirmations
~ Marching in March - LWR 10 Minute Full Body Workout
~ Home PT
~ 5,871 steps

The yin yoga was very nice, I plan to do it it regularly for March because it felt like a good adjunct to PT. The Lucy was meh but got the job done. I may revisit her posture challenge which had a lot of short, office appropriate routines. I needed a break from her for a while, but doing this quick workout showed me how effective she is for my problem areas.

Sandra, I hope you enjoyed the Body Pump class today.

Happy Saturday to all!

Happy Saturday! Yesterday was a slower day at work (plus nice to teach yoga), but it was a heck of a week before that. Still one week until spring break! Although we didn't get the break off, I took 2 days off, and it looks like I will be able to be remote 2 days, so I will likely only have to go into the office 1 day that week.

We got some wet snow overnight and it's still snowing lightly, so it's a good day to stay in! I still have to exercise and then I plan to film a new video later, a short one for my "lunchtime" series; I probably will set it to premiere on Monday.

Hope everyone is able to find at least a few moments of relaxation this weekend!

Meow Meow may have had a stroke this morning. She is home from the emergency vet and is resting comfortably.
