Diana, thanks for starting our month! Hoping all goes well with the endoscopy.

Going to see my ENT, hoping for sinus relief.

Back later.

Good Morning, Everyone!

Endoscopy went very well. There's was a red area that the Dr thinks is from acid. He took a biopsy but it does not look suspicious. They will let me know. There is no barrettes esophagus, ulcer, or hiatal hernia. Praise the Lord! I have been doing better, so the changes I made have been helpful. Praise the Lord!

Steps from yesterday: 7,827

Have a Blessed day and stay safe and healthy.

Diana, glad the endoscopy went so well.

Saw my ENT today b/c for all of January and February I was dealing with congestion and fatigue. Nothing I did helped. Got RXs: a short round of antibiotics and prednisone to heal inflamed vocal cords. Took a nap. Not going to exercise for a few more days.

Good Morning, Everyone!

Cynthia I hope you feel better soon. We are having a lot of pollen here right now. It seems worse every year.

No workout yesterday.

Cynthia, I should probably go to an ENT. I have been doing vocal exercises every day, trying to get the higher end of my register back. I've improved it but there is still this weird, creaky door, uncontrollable thing that happens up at the higher notes. I've never experienced it before. It's definitely a physical issue.

Diana, so glad the endoscopy went well! Was it uncomfortable? Did you have to prep for it?

Yesterday I did Heather's Brutal Booty, which is unweighted but felt particularly tough yesterday. Today I did an older upper body strength workout by Heather. I am going to be doing more lighter weight or bodyweight workouts for a while, just to see what changes. I saw a photo of myself before DD and I had the tiniest waist. I remember it was just above 24 inches. (I also remember that I could never appreciate what I had because I focused on my "faults," which seems to be a habit with me.) I think having a baby stretched out the ribcage and everything else and that tiny waist won't be coming back, but I can always aim for improvement.

Lynn, I'll have to check out that Audrey Koomar.

shoulder exercises and barre 3 signature 30 minutes without weights.

Diana, glad to hear the endoscopy went well. Hoping to avoid having to go to a gastro, but still not back to normal a week after the stomach thing and starting to get worried.

Cynthia, hope you feel better soon.

Cheryl, the Audrey Koomar is the one with the very yellow outfit -- 20 minute all standing no repeat low impact knee friendly

Hi Everyone!

Cheryl No prep except for no food after midnight. My appointment was in the morning so it wasn't bad. I was sedated so it was not uncomfortable at all.

Lynn I hope you feel better soon. It's hard when something prolongs. I was sick for 3 months and I really feel for people who have long term sickness.

Check-In: Indoor walking (It rained today)

Have a Blessed evening!
