What is your current favorite total body weight workout?
Lately, I have been going for vintage, classic and simple for my weight workouts. Older Cathe, P90, etc.
My current favorite is Susan Powter's Building Strength (1994) on YouTube. There is an extended warm-up (that I need at my age!) She mostly does 3 sets of ten reps. The pace is good to go heavy. Her demeanor is calm and encouraging. The moves are classic with no "creative" or compound exercises. I like that she does stretches in between exercises. The music is fine and the set is not distracting. The background exercisers are regular folks. The workout can be divided to do just upper or lower body. What is your current favorite total body weight workout?

My favorite total body weight workouts are anything Margaret Richard. Of those, Good N Strong is probably my favorite. I usually reach for Getting Better though because it's a bit of a lazier workout.
