Guided Journals

I’m looking for some recommendations on guided journals (not fitness more like self help). Something that has some gratitude journaling as well as affirmations, happiness etc. more along the lines of self help. Any recommendations? Thanks.

This might not be exactly what you're looking for, but I found it immensely helpful:

I have used the 5 min Journal. There are just a few prompts:

I am grateful for…
What would make today great?
Daily affirmation. I am…
3 Amazing things that happened today…
How could I have made today even better?

i wrote 3 things for the first 2 prompts and stopped doing the last one since it stressed me out. The last thing I need to do is focus on doing more!

Not a journal, but a book about using expressive writing Opening Up by Writing it Down

I haven't tried this yet, but it's on my list.

I like this book, but his Writing to Heal is much better, IMHO

Writing to Heal is based on his original research. I've read all of his books, and, aside from his pronouns work, he doesn't say much new in subsequent work.
