MHB question (again, sorry)
I did parts of MHB's Backstage workout for the first time this morning and I'm already feeling it in my glutes. I just did the staggered bridge and the inner thigh segments.
I want to try to do these workouts 5 times a week as suggested. (I'm only interested in the lower body and core). Do most people just rotate dvds? I'm trying to come up with some ideas how to use these workouts. I think since it's high rep it would be okay to work the same body part two days in a row (??)
I have Total Body, Body Blast and the Backstage dvd.
