Rave New on EssentricsTV: Toning for Beginners

There's two new 30-min Toning for Beginners: Floor Toning and Barre Toning, led by Sahra!

I've only done 15 min of the Barre Toning (mostly stretching) and it's so good! It's for beginners, but I thoroughly enjoyed the half I had time for. Great music and Sahra is on top of her game in these! So utterly enjoyable!

I think they put up the wrong Floor Toning video because it plays the same Barre Toning video, but she's supposed to be in a different outfit and it's supposed to be on the floor! Hopefully they get this fixed soon...

Yep! That's it -- they also fixed the Floor Toning video on EssTV, so it now plays the correct portion instead of the Barre Toning.

My DH did the last 15 mins of the Barre Toning; he's highly unflexible and rarely does any stretching. So he felt that of all the beginner ones on EssTV, this one was perfect for his level and is a good starter. For me, even though it's deemed beginner, it was very nice in the evening as a relaxing stretch.
