I did her All My Best, Vol 1, both parts, today. I really enjoy her work
I do my own little write ups on each work-out so that I can look back and see what it's like. This one was about :03 per body part which is what I wanted today.
Count me in as a Margaret fan. And I know I’ve said it before but I think it bears repeating, that if somebody’s trying to start or restart With exercise my experience has been that the unplugged series which is only 25 minutes a day paired with a 2 mile Leslie Sansone walk is a very doable program. But yes, the work out itself looks very deceiving!
I'm doing a Unplugged + Rebounder combo right now. 25 mins of weight work, then jump on the rebounder for about 20 mins of cardio. Then about 10 mins of stretching.
