Margaret Richard - which unplugged episodes appear on other DVDs?

Hi,

i have several "parts" DVDs from MR like "My Body of Work" and "All My Best". The DVD labels for these do not list which episodes they are from her show, unless i'm looking in the wrong place.

if i were to purchase her Unplugged DVDs, i was wondering which ones might have less overlap to other compilations she might have released.

thanks in advance.

Honestly, they tend to run together for me as far as exercises . I haven't done all the episodes from either set. I think the 2000 series has more variety in settings. You work out by a lake and indoors at the botanical gardens.

thanks. i'm considering buying the unplugged 1900 and/or 2000 series.

anyone who has bought the downloads, are the individual episodes chaptered by exercise, the way her DVDs are chaptered?

Thanks in advance!
