This looks really good. Has anyone read Miranda's book, Aging Backwards? If so, is it informative? Also has anyone tried this stretch dvd? http://essentrics.com/page/productde..._Vol.1_DVD.htm

I'm liking the looks of the BSS2 and the stretch dvd, hoping someone can chime in before I jump.

Miranda's books are full of information. She has "Aging Backwards" and "Forever Painless". Your library probably has them.

I like the stretch workouts...also led by Amanda, Gail, and Meg. They are more on the basic side with really nice cuuing. I like Amanda's stretch the best as it is more advanced...but all three are great recovery workouts.

I have all the bundle DVDs and would like BSS2 for sure, but on the fence about the stretch DVD and Miranda's vol. 3...maybe I should wait for a sale.

It never made sense to me until I read her books. Now I understand how everything works together and how so many of the moves that made absolutely no sense to me before are really beneficial - and what they’re actually doing for me.

There is a clip at the Essentrics website (same page as the link in my original post).

Is there a new stretch dvd coming out? The Essentrics Stretch volume 1, is there going to be a volume 2?
